Latrobe City Council is committed to the responsible handling of all personal information in accordance with privacy legislation.
Latrobe City Council provides a wide and diverse array of services to the local community for which it is required to gather relevant personal information. At times, Council may also collect information in accordance with the Victorian legislation including health and planning. It may also be necessary to collect personal information from you for the purposes of providing you with the services requested.
Council will not disclose personal information to any other party, except as required by law, without the express consent of the person providing the information.
Requesting Deletion of Your Data
You can remove your account at any time. Log in, go to My Account, and select Remove My Account. Doing so permanently deletes the content and personal information associated with your account on this site, including any events and listings you have posted, your saved events and shortlists, your favourites and collections, your email alerts and notification preferences, and your payment records. This action cannot be undone.
If you signed in using Facebook or another social account, removing your account also ends that connection and we no longer receive any information from that provider.
A limited membership record (your name, email address and the date you joined) is retained after removal so that we can meet our legal, accounting and security obligations, and to prevent misuse. If you would like this record erased as well, or you would like to request deletion of any other personal information we hold about you, please contact us at info@everi.com.au or through our Contact Us page. We will verify your request and action it within 30 days.
Some information may persist in backup systems for a limited period after deletion, as required for legal or security purposes, after which it is permanently removed.
