Is the festival free entry?
The festival has free admission, free children’s activities, free music and entertainment. Some of the workshops are free and some attract a fee to cover material costs. For more information check out the workshop section on the website.
What are the parking options?
Limited parking is available along Commercial Road, Morwell. Latrobe City Council Carpark is open all weekend for parking. Event parking will be available along Commercial Road – See map here. Overflow parking option is at the Morwell Recreation Reserve, Maryvale Crescent
Is there a shuttle bus service?
Take advantage of the free Festival shuttle bus service on Saturday 16 November. Collection points will be added shortly
Where is the disabled parking?
Designated disabled carparks will be in the south end of Latrobe City Car park all weekend.
Where is the disabled drop off zone?
A drop off zone will be set up on Anne Street, Morwell at the west end of the Morwell Centenary Rose Garden. No parking is permitted in this zone. Simply drop off passengers and proceed to allocated car parking zones.
Are dogs allowed at the festival?
Outside of the festival times dogs on leash are permitted at the rose garden however, due to the large crowd numbers expected at the event all dogs (except for guide and assisted dogs) are not permitted at the Festival.
What accommodation options are there?
Unique Glamping Packages at an award winning garden in Hazelwood North have been created for festival visitors. A shuttle bus will pick up guests and take you direct to the festival on the Saturday morning. Click here for package options.

What can I bring into the Festival?
Outside food and soft drink is permitted inside the Festival however there will be a large selection of food and drinks (including a bar at set times) available for purchase at the event. There is no BYO alcohol. The Gippsland Water Refill Truck is onsite all weekend to refill water bottles.
The following items are NOT permitted in the Festival: fireworks, illicit drugs, non-media accredited recording devices, laser lights, glow sticks, animals (guide dogs permitted), any other illegal or dangerous items.
Can I bring my own chair and umbrella?
Attendees welcome to bring their own chairs and picnic blankets into the festival however, you are not permitted to bring umbrellas or shade marquees. There will be umbrellas, picnic tables and seating at the festival.
